Role : Architect/Tech Lead
Skills Required :
• Strong experience in developing Windows Drivers and Services (6 years minimum) [Must]
• Good understanding of the Windows Storage I/O subsystem Should have implemented filter drivers before Should have good reverse engineering and debugging skills Should be proficient in debugging core dumps Should be proficient in TDI [Must]
• Strong experience in using Win32 API [Must]
• Strong experience in understanding Windows Kernel and file Systems [Must]
• Strong experience in Network Programming and using Windows specific protocols [Must]
• Must of have architected in part or full in the above mentioned areas
• Preferably in the roles of an architect or as a technical leader for couple of years at least [Must]
• Well conversant with role, responsibilities and dynamics associated with an architect and architecture function
• Strong orientation towards software engineering principles, best practices, methodologies, modeling, tools etc…
• Good people and communication skills are must
• Should be an evangelist, innovator, self-driven and driver by nature
