Requirement Details

Role – Technical Operations Engineer

Experience – 2 Years to 4 Years

Work Location – Trivandrum

Education – BE / MCA / MSc / MTech

Primary Skills - Active Directory Server 2005, Windows Admin

• 4 + years of experience in supporting large-scale Windows- or Web-based infrastructure.
• Windows 2003 / 2008, AD, SQL Server 2000 / 2005 installation, configuration and database setup, Load Balancing, hardware specification.
• Exceptional analysis and problem solving abilities, with a logical and highly analytical approach
• Excellent planning and organizational skills coupled with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced and complex environment

 Desired

Exposure to SQL Server 2000/2005 (triggers, stored procedures, database design and performance tuning)

Responsibilities –

Resolving complex, escalated customer issues on enterprise scale live systems

• Managing relationships with several divisions across RM to proactively seek to improve the performance and reliability of our solutions
• Building up your technical skills to enable you to support our products across a wide range of technologies such as Windows 2003 / 2008 Server, Active Directory, virtual servers, SQL Server (triggers, stored procedures, database design and performance tuning), C#, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT, Web Services, networking and web architecture - security, performance and scalabilit.
• Working closely with development and testing teams to build and maintain test and production environments, deliver database design, administration and maintenance and support software installations, software release processes and configuration management.
• Develop and implement a robust and scalable hardware strategy to enable RM to meet the needs of an ever-increasing customer base.
• Taking responsibility for making right decisions to enable customer issues to be resolved.
• Acting as a technical lead within the team, offering technical mentoring, support and guidance to a small team of engineers.
