Skills Required :
- Strong experience in developing Windows Drivers and Services (6 years minimum) [Must]
- Good understanding of the Windows Storage I/O subsystem Should have implemented filter drivers before Should have good reverse engineering and debugging skills Should be proficient in debugging core dumps Should be proficient in TDI [Must]
- Strong experience in using Win32 API [Must]
- Strong experience in understanding Windows Kernel and file Systems [Must]
- Strong experience in Network Programming and using Windows specific protocols [Must]
- Must of have architected in part or full in the above mentioned areas
- Preferably in the roles of an architect or as a technical leader for couple of years at least [Must]
- Well conversant with role, responsibilities and dynamics associated with an architect and architecture function
- Strong orientation towards software engineering principles, best practices, methodologies, modeling, tools etc…
- Good people and communication skills are must
- Should be an evangelist, innovator, self-driven and driver by nature
