Job Description

• Reports to Group CFO.

• Overall responsibility for corporate accounts, MIS, direct & indirect taxes, statutory compliance, audit, corporate finance for the entire group.

• Finalizing quarterly & annual consolidated audited accounts, tax audit reports in time-bound manner. Also analyzing and presenting accounts to audit committee.

• Ensuring timely submission of reliable monthly, weekly & daily consolidated MIS.

• Corporate tax planning, preparation & filing of returns of income tax, timely payment of taxes, furnishing details, attendance and completion of tax assessments and appeals, TDS administration.

• Indirect taxes planning, Preparation & filing of returns of sales tax /VAT/service tax/excise, audit of indirect taxes records, furnishing of details, attendance
  and completion of indirect taxes assessments and appeals.

• Have to provide the Accounting calculations for the Clients.
  Ensuring due statutory compliance at group level, instituting suitable monitoring system.

• Guiding a team of senior level accounts and managers at various Locations & group companies.

• Analyzing accounting data/MIS and monitoring performance of various Locations & group companies. Developing and implementing MIS and control systems at all locations.

• Preparing project reports, financial projections & maintaining excellent relations with Auditors, banks and financial institutions.
  
  
  

• Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors in Finance/Accounting with minimum

• 10 Years of experience in all aspects of accounting & taxation.
  Should have good knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws both direct and indirect.

• Hands-on approach hardworking, meticulous, and analytical.
  Computer savvy and system oriented.

• Good leadership qualities and interpersonal skills to lead a team of Senior Accountants, coach and develop team members and interact with people at all
  levels across the organization.
