JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of demonstrate expertise related to web technologies , database (Oracle and or MS SQL or other Relational Databases) , application design and development.
• Solve complex system problems through research and technical analysis.
• Be involved starting at the architectural level to ensure best practices and standards are in place specifically around Development and systems integration.
• Demonstrate understanding of business requirements and functional specifications; Prepare technical design documents and develop as per the design to meet project requirements.
• Prepare unit and integration testing plans, and execute tests to ensure the solutions meet the business need and are working as designed.
• Work closely with peers and technical teams (applications and infrastructure) to ensure solutions are reviewed, operational and performing as designed.
• Provide monitoring and operational support for production issues.
• Effectively work with vendors and external partner support services to obtain solutions and/or workarounds that are acceptable to business operations.
• Provide practical, workable and complete solutions to business partners and end-users of the system.

SKILLSET REQUIRED:

• Minimum 4 years of strong technical design, development and support experience in supporting Web based business Applications on Microsoft .Net,.Net3.0,  VB.Net, C#, MS SQL .
• 2+ years of prior development and application support experience on CRM systems (like Oracle or SalesLogix or RightNow) required.
• Experience with Data modeling and data integration between multiple systems, as well as data integration technologies ( like Informatica, CastIron or Oracle Fusion) a plus.
• Excellent experience and understanding of technical architecture components including relational data model, APIs, object modeling, web services, message queues, etc.
• Experience in database design and programming using SQL Server and Oracle (PL/SQL, JDeveloper, Oracle ADF) will be a plus.
• Experience in Oracle or Microsoft based data reporting tools will be a plus
• Any Techno functional experience implementing or supporting in Oracle eBusiness Suite (e.g. Order Management, Manufacturing, HR or Fianance module) would be  a plus.
