Develop/implement complex modules.

Requirements:
3+ years, worked on Microsoft technologies
2+ years, worked on Microsoft Web application (ASP.NET)
Experience on .NET 3.0/3.5
Application Programming in C#
Strong in SQL Server 2005/2008 using LINQ/Hibernate
Strong in WPF/Silverlight
Very strong OOP concepts
Experience on Flash/Flex
Experience on cross platform integration
Experience on Production environment
Experience in handling live projects
Exp. of Application servers
Exp. Enterprise (Middleware) servers
Server security
Exp. in handling live web applications

Desirable Skills:
Strong exposure in WPF/Silverlight  with  ASP.NET, .NET 3.0/3.5
