Responsibilities:
* Day to day book keeping
* Coordination with bankers
* Employee day to day interaction for information / clarifications
* Manage accounts payable and employee claims
* Month close activities including variance analysis
* MIS reporting
* Statutory compliance and adherence to company Management System Financial controls,
* Preparation of GAAP accounts and facilitate audit
* Update and maintenance of finance web page on intranet
* Cash flow forecast and fund management
Person Specification:
* Excellent communication (comfortable liaising with senior management)
* Attention to detail and Accuracy
* Appreciation of quality and deadlines
* Analytical
* Maintain & Appreciate confidentiality
Education & Qualifications:
* Either CA Intermediate / Master in Commerce with 3 to 5 years of experience in multinational companies or big4 audit firms.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Advance excel
* MS Word
* Book Keeping and reporting
* Familiarity with the provisions of TDS, service tax, VAT, PF PT, Customs, STPI rules etc.,
* Audit Experience
Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Working knowledge in SAP
* Power point
