* Excellent in AJAX
* Very Good in PHP (social apps/web 2.0 development experience preferred)
* good knowledge of Apache and LAMP
* good analytical and algorithmic skills.
* knowledge of Javascript frameworks like Prototype.js, jQuery, GWT etc is a plus.
