| Review layouts, circuit drawings, 3D models for location of components, wire harness, ensuring protection against overloads, vibration, humidity, temperature | ||||||
Qualifications:
7-15 Years of experiecne in earthmoving equipement manufacturing industry
|
Design of electrial system for earthmoving machinaries |
|
|
|

|
Formulation of electrical specification |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Selection of electrical components like batteries, sensors, switches, wiper system, lightings and other auto electrical components |

|
Alternator, starter motor and battery load calculation and sizing |
|
|
|
|
|
|
||||
|
Selection of sensors/switches for pressure, temperature ,proximity, angle and level detection |
|
|
|
|||||||
|
Design of safety interlock |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Design of wirehanress, selection of harness components |

|
|
|||
|
Preparation of schematic |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Knowledge of vehicle instrumentation and calibration of sensors is essential |
