Job Responsibilities
- Chassis frame design & suspension systems packaging at vehicle level for packaging of chassis aggregates
- Concept feasibility studies
- Design for manufacture & assembly
- Conversant with manufacturing techniques of sheet metal forming & welding
Requirements for

Education
- BE or Masters in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in CATIA V5
- Overall 5+ years of domain experience in design of chassis frame design
- OEM experience required
- Good vehicle Engineering Design and Vehicle Packaging Experience. Experience in design for manufacture & design for assembly
- Strong sheet metal manufacturing design experience
- Strong mechanical engineering background
- Knowledge in Vehicle products and Specifications
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in CatiaV5 : GSD, Part Design, Sketcher, assembly Design, Sheet-metal Design, Drafting, DMU,
- Conduct feasibility study of Vehicle packaging
- Good communication skills in Japanese along with English proficiency
