Location :– Bangalore

Job Profile :

  • Interaction with procurement team members at customer end.

  • Proactive and responsive to customer service requests/issues /bugs /configuration requests/ questions

  • Communicating with internal cross-functional teams on customer requests, issues.

  • Provide feedback to implementation team, product management, account management on issues/requests and improvements in product features

  • Process documentation and improvements on support tasks and different types of service requests

  • Ready to work in rotational shifts (24/5 customer support)

work experience requirements

  • Experience of 18 – 24 months in providing Technical Support via telephone, as well as email to customers on web applications.

  • Experience in Customer interaction in US and Europe.
