Job Requirements & Responsibilities
1. Engineer should have good understanding of aircraft static stress analysis using classical methods
2. Clear understanding of aircraft loads and stress analysis methods
3. Exhibit an ability to perform a defined analysis task under limited supervision within a set schedule
4. Understanding of materials and properties
5. Ability to model and analyze basic stick and shell structure using NASTRAN and Femap
6. An ability to provide design support
7. Ability to use CATIA V4 and V5 to support design review and analysis in advance FEM software
8. Exhibit a desire and ability for increased responsibility
9. Conducts research, calculations, and estimates of projects to meet or exceed established specifications. Performs assignments utilizing frequent application engineering principles, structural analysis methods and industry processes and analysis software
10. Performs assignments utilizing frequent application engineering principles, structural analysis methods and industry processes and analysis software
11. Assures supervision awareness of project status, opportunities and successes, provides periodic project reviews and updates presentations
12. Continually strives to improve job skills and technical knowledge through continuing education and/or research into advanced structural analysis methods
13. Performs assignments/tasks in a professional manner and acts as a mentor to spread and heighten knowledge base of the Engineering organizations
14. Promotes quality initiatives for continuous improvement
Education Qualification:
BE/BS/B.Tech or ME/MS/M.Tech in Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering
