Experience:4 - 6 Years

 Essential Competencies / Skills:

ü        Graduate in Science / Commerce / Arts; MBA (desirable)

ü        Strong understanding of businesses/industries in India.

ü        Effective and impactful communication style (written and oral).

ü        Proficiency in MS Office

ü        Familiarity in working in a Windows NT environment

ü        Ability to clearly understand the issue at hand

ü        Good interpersonal skills (good listener, patient, action oriented)

ü        Must have a neutral accent

ü        Customer focus

ü        Strong quality orientation

 

1.        Minimum 4 - 6 years in Marketing in CRM industry

2.        Manage PR – vertical and horizontal (research oriented)

3.        Branding – Indoor & Outdoor branding

4.        Media Relations – have extensive media contacts in CRM industry

5.        Manage internal and external documentation (coordination)

6.        Website related activities like SEO, SEM, Maintenance, website tracking.

7.        Support the Sr. Manager in day to day activities in lead management, campaign management and all the above listed activities across different geographies – UK, Europe, GCC, APAC, Japan & Australia
