Exact Skill Set:-

b) Job Description:
- Must be self driven and have good communication skills
- Must have good Experience in Build management (usage of build tools, generation of full builds, patches, hotfixes, etc)
- Must have around 2 years administration experience on SCM tools like Clear Case and Perforce (competent with branching, integration, resolving conflicts, etc)
- Must have around 2 years of experience with packaging tools like InstallShield, InstallAnywhere or Wise
- Must be able to troubleshoot build, SCM or installation related issues
- Must have some programming background to be able to develop, enhance and maintain build scripts and in-house tools & utilities
- Required to detect and communicate delays and bottlenecks; able to suggest mitigation plans.

c) Skill Sets:
Must have:
- Clear Case or Perforce
- InstallShield
- Perl and Python

Nice to have:
- Databases - MySQL, MS SQL, MS Access, Oracle, etc
- InstallAnywhere
- Linux
- Web servers apache, tomcat, etc
