Sr. Mechanical Engineer - US Based semiconductor MNC @ Bangalore:
Eligibility Criteria:
Years of Experience: 5 - 8
Posisiton:Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Educational qualification: B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech (Mechanical)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Leads project activities across multiple Our Client Product Groups for design of liquid and gas delivery systems
- Works with various groups at Our Client India to understand requirements and leads detailed design of liquid & gas delivery systems
- Interacts with US & worldwide component and subsystem vendors providing clarifications and feedback
Mandatory Skills required to performing the job:
- Experience with selection of components used in gas and liquid delivery systems
- Experience in design of gas & liquid delivery systems (semiconductor or other)
- Experience in selection of plumbing components such as valves, regulators, filters, etc.
- Able to translate written functional specifications into conceptual and detailed designs
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with gas distribution & semiconductor industry standards for cleanliness and safety
- Experience with sheetmetal design and various fabrication methods used for sheetmetal components
- Experience with electronic and pneumatic controls used for gas/liquid delivery systems
- Experience with documentation standards and Engineering Change Order processes
Experience interacting with vendors and suppliers to obtain information and to perform component selection
