Job description

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Pre-requisites:

1. Minimum 8 years/+ of experience (overall) in IT

a)       Minimum 3-4 years should have been leading not less than 10 member team of SQA/SEPG

b)       Last 4 years should have been involved as quality lead from organizations that works on enterprise applications

c)       Should have worked with Senior management in converting business needs to actionable goals & reporting

d)       Must have capability to understand the customer’s strategic business requirements & provide support in ensuring delivery quality

e)       Should have hands-on experience in process definition & QMS management

f)         Minimum have implementation/appraisal experience as CMMI V1.2 Level 5 framework

g)       Must have worked and have extensive knowledge on Microsoft Project 2003 and above and other enterprise project management applications

h)       Must have good training skills

i)         Should have strong auditing skills

j)         Should be conversant in process tailoring for distributed work environment from a global software delivery model perspective

Mandatory

1. CMMI V1.2 Level 5  implementation & appraisal experience

a)       As trainer

b)       As SQA or SEPG Member or ATM

1. Must have exposure and be conversant in Agile methodology especially SCRUM
2. Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in delivery role
3. Must be a CSQA and/or PMP, ITIL in good standing
4. Strong knowledge of software metrics, process performance/capability baseline and statistical techniques
5. Should possess strong process documentation skill especially in MS-Word and MS-Excel
6. Should have experience in developing technical guidelines, templates and checklists
7. Should have exposure / involvement in process definition and implementation in support areas like General HR, IT Infra/ Tech service, General Administration, Training, Recruitment etc

Desirable

1. Six Sigma GB or BB would be and added advantage
2. Experience in HTML based documentation and content management tools from QMS standpoint is desired
3. Exposure to ASAP methodology would be given additional weightage
4. Exposure to GQM / Lean Methods would also be an additional advantage
5. Good exposure to tool based process automation
6. Good knowledge on SOX (COBIT) and ITIL V3
