Should have good working knowledge of Siebel 8.x loyalty application and implementation / support project experience in Siebel loyalty application is preferred.
Good knowledge from multiple areas of Siebel
Siebel Configuration, EAI, Workflow, EIM and Administration
Should have good knowledge in multiple methodologies available for integrating various applications with Siebel
Must be playing the role of a Siebel Tech Lead / Project Lead in current project
Should be conversant with project management methodologies and metrics for Support project
Has been a part of at least one full life-cycle Siebel implementation project deliveries (requirement stage till roll-out and support) and followed up with at least one Production Support project as Tech / Project lead
Should have proven experience in providing solution to complex requirements in Siebel
Good knowledge of Siebel 8.x applications.
Good knowledge in requirements collection, consolidation, prioritization and converting into high level design. This is required for planning and executing periodic application releases as defined by customer
Should be able to guide the project team as per customer expectations. ¿ Should have played this role in an onsite-offshore set-up. This role is expected to manage the project from onsite through effective co-ordination with the project team at offshore.
Strong Knowledge of Siebel
Very strong experience in ITIL and Siebel Support experience - MUST
Experience in a multi vendor environment
