- Experience in Siebel Call Center v6.3/7.x/8.0 with Sales, Call Center functionality implemented
- Will utilize Siebel Tools to configure, script, create interfaces, workflow, etc) on a highly customized Siebel implementation (many base tables extended) based on design specifications provided
- Responsible for Unit Testing work and ensuring that configuration meets provided design
- Solid working knowledge of Oracle relational databases (8i or later)
- Solid working knowledge of PL/SQL
- Experience in Unix;
