We are looking for proactive/energetic Signal Integrity engineer, who is adaptive, multi-tasker, go getter and is very comfortable in a very fast paced, start-up like environment, and is very good team player with very strong inter-personal skills, with very good analytical, creative problem solving skills, passion for excellence with can-do attitude

1- Solid background on transmission line theory, reflections, crosstalk, jitter components, ground bounce, power/ground noise.
2- Experience performing system level signal integrity, timing analysis, and power integrity on boards, packages, ASICs and FPGAs
3- Experience generating constraints for Cadence Constraint Manager for interfaces such as DDR2/DDR3 memory systems, PCI, PCIe, etc.
4- High speed serial link channel analysis with thorough understanding of pre-emphasis, equalization, and BER.
5- Good experience characterizing and debugging with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, Time Domain Reflectometers, Vector Network Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers.
6- Proficient with tools such as HSPICE, Allegro PCB SI, SiSoft, Hyperlynx, PowerDC, Speed2K, PowerSI, HFSS, and CST Microwave Studio.
7- Experience correlating simulation results with lab measurements.
8- Self motivation, teamwork and strong communication skills are essential.
