Qualification:
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/CSE/IT)
Knowledge and experience:
Experienced in real time embedded software development, preferably Set Top Box domain/Consumer Electronics domain
Good in STB software/system architecture and design
Expert in C/Assembler/C++
Good Knowledge in Device driver development for MIPS32, MIPS64, ARM cores (Conexant, ST, Broadcom processors).
Linux Device Driver (Kernel / User)
Operating Systems: Linux / vxWorks / OS20 / uCos / Nucleus
Debug Environment / tools: Workbench, ARM
Developer Suite (ADS), GDB, ST20 Toolset
Knowledge in Middleware (OpenTV), Conditional Access System (NDS,NAGRA,IREDETO,CONAX)
Knowledge in Motorola Communications Protocols: USB, Ethernet, PSTN Modems, DOCSIS, HDMI, SATA, Fireware IEEE1394.
STB Technologies: DVB, MPEG2, MPEG4, PVR/DVR, HD-TV, Graphics/OSD, Audio/Video, IPTV
Experience in third party software integration
Knowledge and experience:
