5. Must be able to independently design, code and test, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver features.

7. Must be proficient and comfortable at problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem solving

10. 5 + years of multi-tier distributed software application development.
11.Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
12.Have strong problem analysis / resolution skills
13.Product development and lifecyle experience desirable
14.Must have a good grasp of Java, XML,JDBC,JSP and Servlets
15.Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle RDBMS
16.Experience in working with weblogic, Tomcat and webservers like Apache and iplanet
17.Experience with using both Solaris and Windows 2000.
