Scpoe : seeking Technical Support Engineer for
the Bangalore, India office. Will handle technical service related
issues in support of Tellabs Advanced Data Products division.
Specific duties include: monitor incoming calls; login to customer’s
network to assist with troubleshooting; collect logs from trouble
system for the purpose of escalation to engineering; participate in
writing Method of Procedures (MOPS), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and
Knowledge Management solutions (KM). Will use: Knowledge Management
from Knova, Customer Management Software (Clarify), and Transcera
Agent (IP phone).
