Requirements:
Experience : 10 to 15 years
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/MBA

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing account revenues between 1.5 – 3.0 Million USD by Individual contribution
-
Responsible for sales initiatives across APAC regions.
-
Expansion of Market base and Business growth of Geography
-
Company's management representation to existing and new clientele
-
Reporting and accurate forecasting to Vice President (Sales) of the company, who is based in Bangalore
-
Formulating and executing growth strategy across sectors like BFSI, Telecom, PSU/ Government sector & private sector units.
-
Must have experience in selling solutions in the areas of ERP, BI/ DW, Master Data Management, Telecom Billing/ DRM etc.
-
Devising and expanding channel partner relationships – must have experience of driving IT business through partners in the APAC countries.
-
Coordination with the pre-sales and bid management bid teams and lead generation team, who are based in other parts of India
-
Company's representative and participation in local industry conferences, seminars and other Business promotion and allied activities in order to position and enhance brand position as a premium sought after s/w services vendor.

Business Development in existing and unexplored markets to grow the business
Required Skills :
-
Successful sales of enterprise (ERP/ CRM/ DW) software (product or service) / SI services/ large infrastructure management projects sales history in India.

Have a success track record of achievement over quota.

Be capable of operating in an entrepreneurial environment.

Desirable: knowledge of ERP/ CRM implementation services and/ or SI/ Infrastructure projects concepts and related contracts.

Possess excellent presentation, written and verbal skills.
