Job Description:  This position will be supervised by the US FP&A Team and liaison heavily with the IT development teams (in US and

India).  It will also have significant contact with the worldwide sales teams and the accounting team (in US and India).  

 

Primary responsibilities include:

n      Supervised execution and maintenance of worldwide comp plan documents and quota sheets

n      Direct interaction with US based sales compensation committee in structure and creation of wordwide sales plan documents and quota

sheets.

n      Management reporting to sales management of sales compensation metrics/analytics

n      Assistance with calculation and payment of worldwide commissions and bonuses

Job Requirements: 

n      4-6 years of sales compensation and/or reporting finance experience

n      Strong attention to detail

n      Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, ERP software packages, and various management reporting and analytic tools

n      Strong verbal and written communication skills to both finance management and sales reps and sales management

n      Ability to work well on your own and in teams across the organization

n      Bachelors degree required.
