Responsibilities:
Proven Technical Leader
Responsible for driving the architecture and development of products in our Enterprise and
On-demand product suites
Interface with customers,
Have excellent communication skills and be a technical mentor,
Proven track record and experience in working on a B2B solution,
Have proven track record in coming up with new creative/innovative product & technology ideas,
Promote good design principles and coding standards
Be aware of the evolving technology landscape in order to guide/influence the direction of the product architecture.
Knowledge and Skills:
Degree in Computer Science/equivalent
with commercial software development experience and expert in system
programming and object oriented design.
Typically 10-12 years of experience
Expert knowledge in Java, Oracle SQL
and a wide range of internet technologies such as XML, HTML, PKI, and J2EE
Broad expertise in business domain
knowledge, ideally in procurement and payment processing
Economy in design and where possible,
elegance
Creative solutions that
exceed/supersede direct requirements
Proven experience with working in
fast paced, small teams that follow flexible and adaptive methodologies.
Independent and self initiative in
driving development and technical process improvement
Promote good coding standards and
design principles
Effectively interface with customers
and have a desire to delight customers
Excellent communication skills,
technical mentor, great team player, highly efficient and responsible
A quick learner and creative problem
solver and passion for solving tough problems
Domain experience in enterprise
software, financial software, ERP systems, or eCommerce solutions
Proven track record and experience
working with a B2B solution
Demonstrated ability to come up with
new creative/innovative product ideas
Knowledge of Procurement domain and
related products/solutions will be an added advantage
Knowledge and experience working with
Search engines and related technologies
Experience: 10- 12
