Essential Skills :

10 years in telecom (will consider 8+ years for exceptional candidates)Should have worked in a leadership role within the fraud management function of a telecom operator Strong customer management skills Strong written skills as well as presentation skills Knowledge of current trends in industry with specific focus on fraud management Thorough understanding of fraud detection, investigation, and case closure techniques and operator practices

 Responsibilities :

Operational consulting support to fraud deployments of Company in APAC (operator run fraud operations as well as Company managed services), including helping in setting up fraud management function, process, reviewing operations, providing advanced trainings, executing reviews/audits and documenting the same Identification & understanding of operational issues and how we can provide solutions to them, both with our current product set and with achievable modifications to it.Provide comparative analysis between Company and competitive/industry solutions Participation in, and leadership of, opportunistic account meetings and follow up sessions Management and Participation in RFx Response
