•L2 forwarding: vlan, vmans (aka q-in-q), private vlans (i.e. vlan translations), mpls/vpls forwarding, pbb (aka mac-in-mac)

forwarding: IPv4 forwarding, TCP/IP/ARP/VRRP, IPv6, DHCP, IPv4 route
tables (prefix based forwarding etc.), IP mcast and L2 mcast

•QoS: concept of token buckets, diff-serv, rate-limting, rate-shaping, ACLs
•Knowledge of HW/SW APIs, resource allocation (TCAM, etc.) and packet forwarding path

•Understanding and experience in Platform Level verification in networking – an understanding of different hardware blocks.
