Extensive skills on Performance Engineering and HP & IBM testing tools.

JD: Performance Engineers: Above 3 years of experience

· Person need to have Above 3 years on Performance engineering, testing & hand on experience working with performance engineering assignments

· Should be an excellent team player and preferably individual contributor

· Should have exposure to contributing in Center of excellence, with experience in contributing to Proposals, Solutions, Strategies for large end to end assignment in engineering

· Or shall have worked in large performance testing assignment and have excellent delivery record

· Strong leadership, oral, written communication skills

· Exposure to Client side performance optimization, performance testing using various protocols, tools for testing, diagnosis and profiling, network analysis & JVM tuning

· Exposure to one of the Microsoft or Java EE space

· Exposure to tools such as

o Perf Testing: More than one of Loadrunner, Webload, SilkPerformer, QALoad, RPT

o Profiling: One of Optimizeit, JProbe, YourKit

o Diagnosis: Should have worked hands on with DynaTrace, HP Deep Diagnostics or InfraRed

o JVM Analysis & tuning

· Should be independent and shall need minimum guidance
