Desirable Skills:

Well-rounded knowledge of as many of the following technologies:

J2ee

EJB

Web Services / SOAP

Client-side concepts: Swing, JSP

XML

Server-side concepts: Transaction, Multithreading, Sockets, Relational Database, SQL, JDBC

Protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, Telnet, SSH, SNMP, HTTP

Scripting languages: TCL, Perl

JUnit, Ant

Prior experience with sustaining/development NMS products

Working knowledge of Networking and related technologies such as Ethernet, Wireless, etc.
