Requirements
Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Thorough and in-depth knowledge of networking protocols and hands on testing experience on L2/L3/L4-7 protocols like RSTP, MSTP, VLAN, LACP, Carrier Ethernet MEF protocols, IGMP, PIM, MPLS, LDP, RSVP, OSPF, BGP, IPv6, NDP, ICMPv6, OSPFv3, IPSec, SSL, IKE, KEv2 etc.
Advanced automation knowledge (programming/scripting languages like Perl, Tcl/Tk, Python and automation/regression harness). Able to suggest and implement advanced automation methods
Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environment, knowledge of administration and advanced usage of such systems
Ability to lead and manage remote teams
Strong knowledge about tools (Wireshark, shell scripts, python, expect) and debug techniques; required to provide guidance and coordination to junior team members
Experience working with networking products (L2-L7) of major network equipment vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel etc.
Strong English oral and written communication skills, ability to articulate and communicate technical concepts
