Experience level: 2.0 to 4.0 years

Job Description:

• Creates NC programs in Catia (V4/V5) based on provided part geometry, seed models, and provided programming guidelines.

• Validates NC programs using Vericut Software.

• Creates set-up sheets based on programming for use by the machine operator.

• Provide feedback on changes as required.

• Coordinate and effectively communicate with Cessna tool proving engineer on work packages and rework as required.

Job Title: Engineer - Manufacturing / NC Programmer

Experience: 2-3 Years

Education Qualification:

** BE / BS / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Requirements:

• Experience and/or education in NC programming for 3-5 axis machines

• Knowledge of Catia V4/V5. Knowledge of Vericut is essential.

• Knowledge of Micro Estimator (program optimization software) is desirable.

• Machining tool design experience preferred.

• Experience in program optimization is desirable.
