Roles and responsibility for Manager-Technocommercial, MNC Client, Gurgaon :

  1. Commercial Feasibility / Enquiry analysis:

  • Analysis of enquiry, meeting with clients for pre bid requirements, identifying technical & commercial requirements, raising enquiry to internal & external vendors in order to correctly spelling out the requirements of the customers resulting in achieving PEC India business objectives

  1. Vendor Negotiation:

    • Arrange quotations from the different vendors, analysis of the quotation and negotiation with them, proposing the suitable vendor for finalization in order to ensure savings and resources optimization.

 

  1. Risk Analysis:

    • Analysis of the products to be used into the projects with price fluctuation, taking into account all the risk factors while preparing and compiling the tender documents to avoid any future liabilities of the organization

 

  1. Bid Compilation:

    • Compilation of all items prices of the tender along with standard profit margins in order to achieve PEC India business targets with respect to projects.

    • Proposing final tendering documents and getting approval from the respective segment directors & functional head.

 

5. Technical Evaluation :

  •  
    • Comparison of all technical details mention in tender documents with the product available in the Schnieder Product portfolio.

    • Technical evaluation of the client requirement as per the tender specification, Drawing, BOM, and as per Indian Standard Electricity rule and the available SEB rules.

 

  •  
    • Techno-commercial comparison of the product with-in the approved makes available in tender documents.

 

  •  
    • Proposing client an optimal cost effective solution as per the client requirements.

  •  
    • Value Engineering to be done at the time of Bid preparation.

 

Project Management, Design, Tendering / estimation of LV / MV distribution, substation, switchyards, 11KV & 33KV lines.

Understanding of competition’s business, movement & Approach, LV/ MV products, MS Excel (MS Office), IE/IEEE rules, Taxation of various States, Market price of electrical items.

Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Result / deadline oriented,
