Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop budget and staffing requirements on an annual basis

Assist employees with career development plans

Attend project/product related meetings
-
Build, administer and report on project plans
-
Create/perform performance reviews and merit increases for staff
-
Participate in upper management meetings when necessary
-
Resolve internal/external conflicts as needed
-
Ensure standard GSM, TADIG/IREG processes and procedures are implemented and followed
-

Manage the development and maintenance of IREG testing procedures and adhere to all business processes and GSM standards
-
Manage the IREG/TADIG switching & signaling support for Roaming Partner set up
-
Ensure switch/network translations for the establishment of roaming services is set-up timely and correctly
-
Manage test plan and schedule
-
-

Job Requirements:

12+ years Software Engineering experience, with 8+ years of Managerial or Technical Lead positions of increasing complexity and scope of responsibility.

Detailed knowledge of IREG/TADIG testing methodologies & practices

Detailed knowledge of Software Development processes
-
Functional understanding of company applications

Required Interpersonal Skills
