•    Should have ability to design middleware or DD in linux platforms.
•    Should have ability to articulate the testing requirements of an application in the chosen application domains
•    Should have knowledge of processor architecture like ARM, application processors like TI OMAP, STE, Freescale etc…
•    Should have ability to analyse power management, memory requirements, concurrents usecases etc…

In-Depth knowledge on any of the platforms(Android/GTK/Maemo) is required
•    In-Depth knowledge of more than two of the linux middleware and lowlevel components is required(Telephony/Multimedia/browser/Messaging/Graphics/Connectivity/DD/Linux Kernel,BSP,Bootloader)
•    Working knowledge of any of the application processor hardware platforms or prototype devices
•    Should have strong ability to conceptualize software architecture, design and implement the components.
•    Should have made Open Source contributions, published papers, participated in conferences
•    Experience for Architects should be greater than 7 years and for Team Leads between 5 to 7 years.
