 Job Description: 

Position Description:

• Works as an individual contributor in software implementation with minimal supervision.
• Assists in the development and commercialization of software under very little guidance & direction.
• Coding, integrated testing, debugging, low level design, estimation
• Be an expert in certain key area of the product/protocols.
• Should act as a mentor for new comers and junior team members
• 'bolting together' existing software products (getting incompatible platforms to work together and creating code to link them);
• Investigating and integrating new technologies
• Creating technical/functional specifications and test plans
• Ensures that commitments are agreed, reviewed and met.
• Assists in designing proper testing procedures to verify problems as well as solutions. Execution of the same (self and/or with junior).
• Works under general supervision with few direct instructions.

 Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of protocols and hands on experience in implementation of L4-7 suite of protocols.
• Strong coding (C), testing, debugging and architectural skills
• Experience in network/socket/network security software programming, network applications (client-server, peer to peer) development
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong in data structures and algorithms
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environment, knowledge of administration and advanced usage of such systems is a plus.
• Experience working with networking products (L2-L7) of major network equipment vendors or networking application solution providers is a plus.
• Experience in kernel coding/device drivers is a plus.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills, ability to articulate and communicate technical concepts.

 Requirements:

Qualification and Average Year of experience 

• BE/B.Tech (Comp Sc, ECE, EE) with good academics
• MCA with good academics
• Science Graduate with post graduation done in Comp Sc, Statistic, Physics, Maths (with good programming background) with good academics
• 6+ years of experience
