Junior Executives - Maintenance Openings with Well Known FMCG Company in Chennai
Position Summary:
- He is responsible for routine as well as preventive, predictive maintenance and support project activities of the plant. The job requires planning and execution of the activities to reduce break down and He has to maintain/ Plan the spares as per budgeted timelines and costs. He would lead a team of engineering technicians, electricians. He is responsible for complete Shift maintenance of the Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure full compliance to all Safety regulations
2. Ensure machine availability / upkeep to the targeted and budgeted levels.
- 3. To control M&R and energy costs within budgets, through efficient planning of utilities / plant operations.
4. Provide engineering support & guidance for new projects.
5. Coaching and developing his team’s technical skills.

Education:
BE/Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- 3+ year experience for BE and 10+ years Experience for Diploma field from process / FMCG industries.
- Knowledge in packing machines
- Knowledge in TPM will be added advantage
- Experience in Food Industries
Skills:
- Computer Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
