• Architect and Operate the IT Infrastructure
  
• Regular reporting on IT Infrastructure operations to Management
• Strategize and implement the plans for centre’s IT Infrastructure  
• Capture demands from the Depts., evaluating and preparing the decision makers on IT aspects
• Achieve approval and ensure successful implementation of the IT solutions that are globally compatible
• Ensure protection of information, business continuity and availability of IT & Comm. Infrastructure
• Plan the budget and control the budget with help of FICO
• Ensure SLAs are met by Vendors
• Coach/Mentor System Engineers to achieve higher results
• Ensure quality and delivery of services in a timely manner
• Integrate / communicate with global IT infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations
• Optimize the cost of operation of IT Infrastructure
• Ensure compliance to global standards of Daimler from IT Infrastructure aspects
• Maximize the utilization of software licenses and optimize on the Licensing Costs
