Roles and Responsibilities :
Perform advance-level functional duties;
Operate a computer terminal to enter data, maintain records, and generate reports;
Research, analyze, compile, and verify data, and prepare reports;
Implement new and enhanced solutions in accordance with the Oracle Applications “Change Management Process”;
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of functional area process, procedures, and standards, not only with respect to the “e-Business” suite
but also the base business functions performed by functional area;
Status reporting: Provide ad hoc written or verbal status of current projects to department management;
Provide input on end user training programs for software developed;
Read, interpret, apply, and explain rules, regulations, policies, and procedures (Oracle);
Coordinate functional area testing of changes and enhancements;
Develop testing scenarios for new or enhances solutions;
Handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and work with priorities/deadlines subject to frequent change;
Exercise analytical and independent judgment while taking initiative, self-direct, prioritize using time efficiently;
Ability to multi-task; Analyze situations accurately, and adopt an effective course of action;
Handle sensitive and confidential data required based on functional entity
Work confidentially with discretion;
Accept and complete projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned;

Requirements
2-4 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of development experience in an Oracle DBMS (10g/11g) and
Oracle 11i Manufacturing (INV, BOM, ENG, WIP, FLOW, MRP, MSCP), Supply Chain (INV, PUR, OM, iSupplier, iStore), Projects Suite (Proj
Mgt, Proj Costing). Experience in coding the HTML pages within Oracle Applications (JAVA, JSP, ASP, PHP). Knowledge in a defined
development lifecycle process such as AIM.
Other Skills: Individual must have experience with Oracle Forms and Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, and related tool sets. Experience with Oracle
Workflow, XML Publisher, EDI Gateway, or E-Commerce Gateway is preferred. Technical knowledge and utilization of Oracle Discoverer 3.1,
Oracle Discoverer 10G, Microsoft Access 97, 2000, 2003, and Noetix desired

Prepare frequent, detailed, and accurate unit reports;
Operate a computer to input, output, update, and access a variety of records and information; generate reports, records, lists, and summaries from
computer database;
Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships with Lycoming personnel, representatives from external organizations and
others; respond to phone calls, e-mails, letters, and other communications within a 24 hour period;
Promote teamwork by sharing knowledge, cooperating with others, participating in meetings and work groups, and supporting the goals and
objectives of the business unit;
Perform related duties as assigned.
