ISCSI driver developer (Mac OS, Solaris Vmware) Opening with Storage Development Company

Design/Develop/Maintain iSCSI drivers and other software components in the MacOS, Solaris or VMWare environment.

- Participate in all phases of product cycle from requirement, design, coding, unit testing, to benchmarking and support.

- Work closely with the ASIC, Hardware, Firmware, QA and support teams on resolving issues.

- Support the effort to have the driver included in the upstream kernel as well as in the various  upcoming distributions.

- Back port the driver to recent version of the distributions.

 Required Skills:

 - Familiar with MacOS/Vmware/Solaris storage/network driver development with kernel mode drivers for various technologies such as iSCSI, FC and/or TCP offload.

- Knowledge of higher level network protocols including TCP/IP and socket programming.

- Experience in troubleshooting OS related, device driver and hardware level problems.

- Ability to understand technologies such as SAN, iSCSI and/or FC.

- Prior driver development experience in 10G network driver and iSCSI are highly desirable.

- Be willing and able to code to existing architecture while looking for potential areas of improvement.

- Team player.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
