Design and development, weight optimisation, packaging
Ensure Project management, Workload, Timeline, Quality, Deliveries
Take responsibility for technical decisions taken in the team
Ensure communication with Germany

Relevant Experience Required
3 to 8 years of experience in Design of Transmission / Gear box
Experience includes Design of Transmission, Front axle gear, Rear axle gear, Transfer case
Exposure in Design / development of Automatic Transmission - an added value
Experience in CAD (Preferably Catia V5) is must
Experience in Sub-contractor management is valued
Management experience, Leadership
International experience is required. Knowledge of German is a strong added value.
Technical expertise, Strong communication skills
