Relevant Experience Required:

•    8years of hands-on development experience on Java/J2EE         technologies ( EJB 3.0, HIBERNATE)
•    Solution Architecture and Design Experience ( min 3 yrs)
•    Good knowledge in IBM WebSphere family of products
•    Experience in JAVA SWT, Eclipse RCP, Rich UI developments

Job Responsibilities:
•    Coding/implementation
•    Code review and optimization
•    Unit testing
•    Configuration management
•    Architecture and Design

Skill Requirements:
•    Good experience in programming/development of modules using JAVA
•    Hands-on implementation experience of J2EE based web application
•    Hands on  implementation experience with Eclipse RCP
•    Experience in using Eclipse/RAD/Websphere
•    Good knowledge of databases like DB2/Oracle
•    Knowledge of Sun Java coding standards
•    Ability to quickly adapt to customer specific development &         deployment environments

Soft Skills:
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Problem solving and analytical skills
•    Open to learn and adapt to new technologies
•    Knowledge of German language will be a big plus
