Qualification:B.E,M.E
Experience:6-8Years

Participate / generate / understand FMEA and Test plans and validation processes.
Generating the concepts and arriving the best based on cost/complexity/usability.
Usage of Engineering Skills (Fundamentals / Calculations).
Hands on experience in executing FEA Projects which includes Linear, Non Linear Analysis and Drop Test (Preferred Software- Cosmos works).
Good understanding of boundary conditions and practical FEA
 

Experience 6 to 8 years
Should have in depth knowledge in Aluminum castings, Forging, Sheet metal ,Plastics, machining and fabrication
Experience in Generating the Solid works model and drawings .Ensure the design released for proper material, fit, statistical tolerance etc.
In-depth knowledge in Manufacturing Process.
Should be good in GD&T and ‘Stack-up’ analysis.
Should have Full Product Design Life Cycle experience.
Exposure to Material selection for plastics, ferrous and non ferrous metals.
Expertise in DFM / DFA preferred
Exposure to ECO/ EWO will be an added advantage
