We are looking for proactive/energetic Signal Integrity engineer, who is adaptive, multi-tasker, go getter and is very comfortable in a very fast paced, start-up like environment, and is very good team player with very strong inter-personal skills, with very good analytical, creative problem solving skills, passion for excellence with can-do attitude

SI Engineer with 3-10+ years experience.

 Solid background on transmission line theory, reflections, crosstalk, jitter components, ground bounce, power/ground noise.

- Experience performing system level signal integrity, timing analysis, and power integrity on boards, packages, ASICs and FPGAs

.
 Experience generating constraints for Cadence Constraint Manager for interfaces such as DDR2/DDR3 memory systems, PCI, PCIe, etc.

 High speed serial link channel analysis with thorough understanding of pre-emphasis, equalization, and BER

Good experience characterizing and debugging with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, Time Domain Reflectometers, Vector Network Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers.

 Proficient with tools such as HSPICE, Allegro PCB SI, SiSoft, Hyperlynx, PowerDC, Speed2K, PowerSI, HFSS, and CST Microwave Studio.

- Experience correlating simulation results with lab measurements.

Self motivation, teamwork and strong communication skills are essential.
