Should have worked in different java/j2ee frameworks (ex: OSGI, Struts, MVC etc).
 Designing, Architecting of J2ee Applications, Ability to provide better solutions to new or existing architecture/applications.
Coding using Java/J2ee Technologies. Server Side Programming like EJB3, JMS, Web services.
Ajax Programming capabilities. Advanced experience in RDBMS like DB2 or Oracle..
Practical experience in using different Operating Systems like Windows, Linux, Solaris etc. Worked on IBM Products like RAD, WAS etc.
 Understand requirements, communicate with customer periodically.

Skills:
Java, J2EE ( Ajax, Jsp, Servlets, Java Script, Hibernate, JFaces,  Facelets, JMS, EJB3, Web services)
