Experience:5-10 Years

Mission: The Art Director is responsible for the visual style and quality of all assets created by the team. This includes in-game and front-end menu assets, web sites and branding.

 Responsibility & Key Result Areas:

§  Responsible for the initial high concepts behind visual style, the Art Director communicates their vision by creating key drawings, concept images, mood boards, color swatches, documentation and example assets.

§  You would work closely with Game Producers, Designers and Engineers.

 Experience: 5-10 years of excellent flash/illustrations design experience.

 Skill Set:

§  Experience managing a team of designers

§  Must have been responsible for releasing big production games with thousands of assets

§  Should be skillful in Adobe Photoshop and CS3

§  Familiarity with Action script programming a plus.

 Note: Must have either links of games or portfolio to show.
