Responsibilities

Manage all IT related Contracts/Agreements.
Driving bank’s contract management policy and setting up standard practices within IT.
Finalizing Contractual terms.
Actively work with various teams within IT to establish and finalise SLA & Deliverables for the various Agreement/Contract requirement.
Liaising with Legal team on the Standard/General clauses to be incorporated in the templates.

Requirements

Years of Exp. 4 to 7 Years
Technical Skills : Having sound knowledge of Legal Frame Work
Predominantly in IT/BFSI Sector.
Exp. in Team Management / Vendor Management etc. Ideally should have managed a team.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Law in Law or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
