Good in Team Player
Meticulous and quality-oriented with an eye for detail
Sourcing & Screening: Identifying strategies of sourcing & implementing the same to effective use.
Responsible for full life cycle of Recruitment process.
Responsible for Permenent placements.
Understanding the client need processing the deliverables within a stipulated time frame.
Interviewing the candidates according to the requirements
