• Sourcing profiles from different portals like Monster, Naukri,Timesjobs Etc
• Scanning of CVs and identifying the candidates who match the requirements.
• Assessing candidates for their suitability to the job requirement and Gap analysis.
• Job portals for sourcing quality candidates within the least time. 
• Initial screening of candidates through telephonic interviews.
• Conducting detailed interviews with candidates to check fitment for a particular vacancy.
• Providing Career inputs and support to Candidates
• Creating and maintaining effective and efficient database for resourcing
• Ability to build and maintain candidate relationship.
• Excellent Communication skills.
