Qualification : BE/ B Tech or ME / M Tech /MCA

Position : SQA Engineer

Skills Required:

These are people who have a testing background but can develop good testing frameworks and unit test tools to test drivers for various operating systems. Or vice-versa, developers writing test tools. These people will primarily assist the developers in white-box testing of components they develop.

• Ability to develop white box based and black box based functional and non-functional testing strategies ^[Must]

• C and C++ Skills ^[desirable]

• Prior experience in writing Perl and TCL scripts ^[Desirable]

• Prior experience in testing drivers, protocol stacks, etc... is a must ^[Must]

• Ability to develop Test Plans and Test cases ^[Must]

• Ability to develop test scripts and experience with testing tools would be added advantage

• Ability to conceive and develop testing frameworks

• Ability to do test management from release based product development perspective

• Well conversant with build and software configuration tools

• Ability conceive, implement and execute test cases

• Good Documentation Skills

• Preferably from product development background

• Strong orientation towards software engineering principles, best practices, methodologies, standards, modeling, tools etc…

• Good people and  communication skills are must

• Ability to interact to global remote teams

• Should be innovator and self-driven by nature

• Storage background is desirable
