Has been a part of at least 2 - 3 full life-cycle Siebel implementation project deliveries (requirement stage till roll-out and support)

Should have proven experience in providing solution to complex requirements in Siebel

Good knowledge of Siebel 8.x applications.

Good knowledge in requirements collection, consolidation, prioritization and converting into high level design

Should be able to guide the integration team from project initiation phase to roll-out phase by ensuring requirements from customer are translated in Siebel solution as per customer expectations.

Should be a  senior Siebel developer with more than 2+ years of experience on EAI

Should have good knowledge in multiple methodologies available for integrating various applications with Siebel

Should have proven experience in converting Siebel integration requirements into robust design and then converting into Siebel solutions.

Exposure in Configuration, scripting and Workflow is also required.

Must be playing the role of a Siebel Tech Lead or Siebel EAI Lead in current project
